Fishy Villainy

well. this started with just practicing a ref from Boku no Hero Academia .

really liked this villain design. looks a little like Abraham from HellBoy. but well ya, enjoy!  

edit: i re uploaded another version,because i decided to flip the image and spotted that it was slightly askew. hopefully this makes it  a bit better. but now the text n red borders are a little warped to. oh well
